<p class="MsoNormal">I am not understanding why this ticket was closed ? We were told we can have access to mask the DISB date in Self-service, but we still have no access after reaching out to our local IT and SBCTC for months now. We were told by SBCTC FA
support how to do it ( via email) but we have no access to it and the ticket was closed saying this:
