This reminder is for all users of the ctcLink production environment.
Dates
Bio-Demo Conversion
Thursday, April 21, 2022, 9:00 pm - Friday, April 22, 2022, 5:00 am

Weekend Conversion
Friday, April 22, 2022, 3:00 pm - Monday, April 25, 2022, 7:00 am
Issues
Bio-Demo Conversion
SBCTC will be performing bio-demo conversion in support of the DG6B weekend conversion.

  *   The Campus Solutions and Human Capital Management pillars will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   The Portal and Finance pillars will remain online during the maintenance period.
  *   Admissions (OAAP) and HighPoint Mobile HCX pages will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   Integration between Campus CE and ctcLink will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   Canvas will not be impacted.

Weekend Conversion
SBCTC will be performing weekend conversion activities.

  *   The entire ctcLink environment will remain offline during the Weekend Conversion dates noted above.
  *   A portal message will be added the week of the maintenance period.
  *   Users who attempt to login will be redirected to an outage page during the maintenance period.
  *   Admissions (OAAP) and HighPoint Mobile HCX pages will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   Integration between Campus CE and ctcLink will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
  *   Canvas will not be impacted.
