[CATO] TimelyCare Accessibility

Hi all,

Our student Services department is looking into TimelyCare<https://timelycare.com/>, a web and mobile app service for students to access mental health resources and providers. Do any of your colleges currently offer TimelyCare? Has anyone done testing of their web and mobile app products?

The vendor provided ACRs for their web, iOS and Android products that claim full compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA. The ACRs were completed in January of this year and by a seemingly credible 3rd party. However, their ACRs are covered by an NDA which isn't a great sign, granted all the documentation they provided our IT director was covered by the NDA including cybersecurity, HIPAA, Data sharing, etc.

Any info is greatly appreciated, thanks!
