[CATO] OCR and DOJ letter on online accessibility

The letter is dated with today's date as Kristina mentions and was jointly signed by the Department of Justice Civil Rights Division and the Department of Education's Office for Civil Rights.

I have reached out to my contact at the Office for Civil Rights for more information about the public comment period so CATO members and others may engage in the process.
