[CATO] Call for CATO co-chair nominations!

Hello,

We will vote for two CATO co-chairs at our September meeting. I cannot believe it is that time again already, and I want to express my appreciation to both Zach and Doug for their hard work.

If you would like to nominate yourself, please let me know in a direct message by September 1st.. You can nominate someone else too, I'll just need to obtain their wiliness and consent before adding them to the ballot. Current co-chairs may choose to run again as well.
