Hi Amy,



I’m curious if you got any feedback on this . . . am I understanding correctly that the vendor won’t release the VPAT until after the purchase (and only at the Enterprise level!)?



If that’s the case, they deserve a rude reply! It might be worth reaching out to Terrill at UW to see if he’s ever had this experience.  Keep us posted.

This is a new twist. I asked for VPAT information for some project management software that our Comm & Marketing folks want to use.

They’ll only release it after we sign an NDA (ok) but only to “enterprise plan” users. Wow. They have 4 levels of accounts with Enterprise as the most robust and expensive.



I want to write back something rude…
