[CATO] [EXTERNAL] - {Disarmed} FW: Status of VPAT?

Hi Amy,

I’m curious if you got any feedback on this . . . am I understanding correctly that the vendor won’t release the VPAT until after the purchase (and only at the Enterprise level!)?

If that’s the case, they deserve a rude reply! It might be worth reaching out to Terrill at UW to see if he’s ever had this experience. Keep us posted.

Thanks, Karen

CAUTION: This email came from a non-OC system or external source. Beware of phishing and social engineering!

This is a new twist. I asked for VPAT information for some project management software that our Comm & Marketing folks want to use.

They’ll only release it after we sign an NDA (ok) but only to “enterprise plan” users. Wow. They have 4 levels of accounts with Enterprise as the most robust and expensive.

I want to write back something rude…

It’s been that kind of day…

Hey, Amy!

Thank you so much for reaching out! [Image removed by sender. 😊] I'm happy to assist you with this!

We are happy to share that VPAT report with teams on our Enterprise Plan<https://docs.clickup.com/en/articles/1048368-free-forever-unlimited-business-and-enterprise-plans>, who sign a formal NDA agreement.

Is this something you are interested in? If you would like to move forward with that, just let me know and I'll get the process started! [Image removed by sender. 🌱]

Our college is hoping to use ClickUp for some pm work in our Communications and Marketing department. I was very happy to see that you have a dedicated page re: accessibility. Can you provide more specific information about the status of ClickUp as it is today? I see that you have a VPAT in process? Do you have an anticipated delivery date for it? Any information you share will help us move ahead with your product.

Thank you!
