ctcLink Production Environment – Login Portal Upgrade



This notice is for all users of the ctcLink Production environment.



Alert update: The upgrade to Okta has been completed and ctcLink is available for use. We do recommend that you clear your browser cache before you access the new login portal.



Date: Saturday, July 31, 2021, 7:00 am – 1:00 pm 6:00 pm



Issue: SBCTC will be upgrading the ctcLink login process to integrate with the Okta platform to provide better security and user-friendly self-service password-reset options.

·       The entire ctcLink environment will remain offline during the upgrade.

·       A notification of the outage will appear on the login page.

·       The admission tool (OAAP), as well as mobile webpages, will be offline for the duration of the maintenance period.

  *   Canvas will not be impacted.
