Scott Copeland just pointed out a site to search for pending OCR complaints - and whatduhyahknow?! There are 20+ for our higher ed institutions. I suspect only a few might have to do with technology access (as denial of benefits is probably a somewhat common complaint), but I thought you might be interested. I plugged the post-secondary report into a spreadsheet<https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1dGHEV9f_tHFmDswRDQ4YQQ8vVH-yZRGi96zIha_gekE/edit?usp=sharing> (2nd tab has all 2 and 4yr).

I know of one complaint that's not showing... not sure why as they've not completed the resolution agreement process yet, so it's not an exhaustive list - or maybe it excludes those that enter into a resolution agreement (Western isn't on there either). I'm trying to find out if our OCR auditor might be able to shed light on this.

Data comes from: https://www2.ed.gov/about/offices/list/ocr/docs/investigations/open-investigations/index.html
