First, thank you so much for welcoming me to your campus yesterday and allowing me to be part of your workgroup meeting. I really enjoyed learning about all the great things you're doing to support technology access at Highline.

Hopefully I mentioned this during the meeting, we'll be asking teams to highlight their progress at the Spring Convening on May 3rd and 4th. I think the other groups would be really interested in hearing from you about:

§ Your managing the work as a project

§ Your change management planning efforts

§ Your long range budgeting approach

§ Your decision to go "narrow" (enrollment services) rather than "wide"

I'm especially impressed with the team you've assembled to take on the work.

I'd also like to share a one-pager that CATO has put together: Request for Feedback<https://docs.google.com/document/d/1xDs-krD6r2RisbzscazrmVqe1h44sHfGE0XYXIZp_gI/edit?usp=sharing>. We've been tasked by the presidents' tech workgroup to develop a model for greater centralized support around accessible technology. In addition to soliciting input from various councils and commissions, we'd like to get feedback from all the Access360 teams, as these schools are leading the way for our system. Perhaps you can review this document, which includes a link to Jess Thompson's informative presentation, and discuss at your next meeting what type of model would best support your work. We're eager to hear your thoughts!

Thanks again for your time and dedication to this work,

Terence

P.S. I escaped without a ticket :)
