[Cato] [External] IC

I agree with Karen and Jess. Putting this off when they previously gave us (you) time on the agenda feels like they don't understand the importance of this.
Getting in to the business meeting should be a concession they are willing to give in light of them changing their minds on us.

Well, then we don't get feedback from them. Do they know we're charged by WACTC to get their input?

Waiting until May gives us... days? to pull an actual proposal together (unless we're willing to draw up multiple proposals then toss the ones that don't jive with popular opinion).

It would be disappointing to put this off as there is so much momentum and energy around it now. I hope they allow you to join the business meeting, if only for the AT discussion.

IC has a very full agenda - though they'd previously offered time, they would now prefer to move the presentation back to the May meeting. Since IC is before WACTC in May, I guess that could work but I wanted to ask you all what you think.

Interestingly, there's an Accessible Technology item in their 'business meeting' which is not an open session. I've enquired after what that's about and who's leading that discussion.
