[Cato] GOALS Report Summary

I looked it over, and I'm not surprised at their answers in the outcome. This is where I would expect the college's to be. We found that the questions were difficult to answer and as we moved along we wanted to change the answers that we had in previous questions because it was just hard to understand what they were asking for.
