[Cato] scenarios

Hello!

Before I sign off for the day I started working on some accessibility scenarios to use at the convening following Janet's presentation and activity.

I'd like to get about 2 - 3 more, but I feel like every idea I think up is too faculty centric. Anyone else want to take a stab? You all have editing privileges: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1CoZNPM_svbbSSvFiXcvHHnncSdFHu0MejPyWnfdr2Jw/edit?usp=sharing

I'm keeping how to use these pretty loose right now - we could either ask teams to put them in order of highest priority, or we could talk through how to approach/address each scenario as though it was recently brought to their attention on their campus.
