[Campusce] CampusCE Queries

[CampusCE integrated with PeopleSoft]

I'm so excited to announce we now have two queries in production that can be used with the CampusCE integration.  Both are in the CS Pillar.

QCS_CE_CAMPUSCE_TRANSACTION
You can run for a specific EMPLID or your entire list.  This provides you a list of transactions with the status on the last day of the transactions associated with the orderid.  If you had an ERR followed by COM on the same day you will see both rows.  If you had ERR on one day and then fixed and got COM on the next day then you will only see the COM row.  Unfortunately there is no way to build a query with only the last row. The only option was the last (max) date.  However, you can see students and the classes they were enrolled in along with class information and start/end dates.

QCS_CE_COMPARE_CAMPUSCE_TO_PS
This query is for data cleanup.  You can enter an EMPLID or name and view all the bio demo info from CampusCE and what's in PeopleSoft.  Each data element has a flag if the info is different.  Address must be 100% exact to be a match - that means spacing, upper and lower case and abbreviations.  This will be useful to see if you have any duplicate IDs or if you have different contact info that you may want to forward to your registrar.

The CTC_CSCE_USERID record that is in QCS_CE_COMPARE_CAMPUSCE_TO_PS requires either the ZD_DS_QRY_CURRICULUM_MGMT or the ZD_DS_QRY_STUDENT_RECORDS role, and the CTC_CSCE_ records that are in QCS_CE_CAMPUSCE_TRANSACTION require the ZD_DS_QRY_CURRICULUM_MGMT role.  So make sure you have the ZD_DS_QRY_CURRICULUM_MGMT role, and of course the ZD_DS_QUERY_VIEWER roles so you catually run queries.
