[Campusce] Did someone manually enroll a CNED student in PeopleSoft?

When the Transaction Management page displays this error,
Need Review - Enrollment exists & Payment missing in ctcLink,
this means that the student is already enrolled in the class. While YOU may not have enrolled the student using CampusCE it is likely that someone else at the college enrolled the student using PeopleSoft.

Here's how you can tell who made the enrollment.  Use the link from the ctcLink Response tab to the View Enrollment Request.  Make sure you verify that the link has taken you to the correct student and class.  Look in the upper left hand corner under the first line to see the User ID.  Anything coming through the integration (which should be ALL your CNED enrollments) will have the User ID of CTC_CAMPUSCE.  If you see a number, this is a staff's EMPLID and it means that staff member enrolled the student in the class in PeopleSoft.

When staff enroll CNED students using PeopleSoft the integration will not process the payment from CampusCE.  You will need to also manually post the payment in PeopleSoft using quick post (Student Financials > Charges and Payments > Post Student Transactions) and include the class number.  Then you can enroll in CampusCE and send the transaction to PeopleSoft where you should get a message for Duplicate Transaction - payment already posted.
