[BLC] [SPAM] Question about application criteria

Hi everyone,

A faculty member is working on a new BAS in Criminology and wants to have the following criteria as part of the application process:

Students with any documented, substantiated/responsible/true findings of academic misconduct by a higher education institution will not be eligible for admission into the BAS in Criminology program.

Do any of your programs have this type of language? If so, how do you handle this, especially if it's a student from another college?
