<p class="MsoNormal">A faculty member is working on a new BAS in Criminology and wants to have the following criteria as part of the application process:<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in">Students with any documented, substantiated/responsible/true findings of academic misconduct by a higher education institution will not be eligible for admission into the BAS in Criminology program.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Do any of your programs have this type of language? If so, how do you handle this, especially if it’s a student from another college?<o:p></o:p></p>
