Dear Colleagues



It is with deep sadness that I share that Char Gore, TCC’s Executive Director of Strategic Initiatives passed away this weekend after a 3-year battle with pancreatic cancer.



Char served on the BLC executive for several years and was instrumental in the recent changes to the General Education requirements for BAS degrees.



She was a strong advocate for students and worked tirelessly to make BAS degrees more accessible.



Those of us who had the honor and pleasure of working with Char know that she brought her energy, positivity and leadership to everything she did.



Please keep Char’s family in your thoughts.
