[BLC] BLC Executive Membership -- Seeking Nominees

Hello

BLC is seeking nominees for the following executive member positions. Below are the positions with primary responsibilities.

Chair

  *   Schedule meetings (executive, general, business)

     *   Communicate w/liaisons
  *   Send out registration information
     *   Initial
     *   Reminder
  *   Establish agendas w/executive board
  *   Attend IC council liaison meetings
  *   Attend IC general meetings
     *   Report out to BLC
  *   Attend CCN meetings
  *   Lead executive, general, and business meetings

Vice-Chair

  *   Help with technology during meetings
  *   Monitor chat in virtual space
  *   Attend IC council liaison meetings
  *   Attend IC general meetings
  *   Attend CCN meetings
  *   Lead meetings in absence of chair

Secretary

  *   Take minutes during the meetings
  *   Check voting members for quorum
  *   Update the Canvas Shell
  *   Work with SBCTC to keep the webpages updated

     *   new/updated documents
     *   Upcoming meetings and events

        *   Agenda, past minutes, registration, zoom link
     *   Past meeting materials
        *   Approved minutes, any presentation material

Member at Large

  *   Facilitate program management discussion at general membership meetings
  *   Member who is not an officer, but is representative of members who manage applied baccalaureate programs

BLC voting members will vote on the nominations received prior to their meeting, April 20th. Nominations for positions not filled on April 20th will be voted on during the summer meeting.
