[BLC] State Employee Tuition Waiver Survey - BAS

Hello BLC Members,

I am gathering some data to assist in understanding how various institutions are handling state tuition waivers and institutional employee tuition waivers in BAS programs.  This topic came up in a BAS list serve email this summer and it seemed timely to collect data regarding this subject. *Many intuitions offer the WA State Employee Tuition Waiver only, other institutions may offer an additional college employee tuition waiver that is not tied to the WAC approved WA State Employee Tuition Waiver.
Definitions:
WA State Employee Tuition Waiver = State tuition waiver in WAC
Institutional Employee Tuition Waiver = waiver determined by a specific college for internal college employee benefit
