Hello,

Would someone happen to be able to pick me up at the airport tomorrow (Tuesday) morning? My flight is scheduled to land at 7:07 am. Thank you in advance for considering this.

Thanks,
Lenaya Hogan

Subject: [BLC] BLC Meeting -- REVISED Parking Permit

The Baccalaureate Leadership Council meeting parking permit attached to my previous email did not have the correct date.

Please use the attached parking permit instead or manually correct the date on the earlier permit issued.

Best,
Martin

Subject: Summer Quarter Baccalaureate Leadership Council (BLC) Meeting -- Parking and Location Information

The Summer Quarter meeting of the Baccalaureate Leadership Council (BLC) will be held Thursday, July 6, 2017, at Olympic College in Bremerton.

An agenda and parking permit are attached. The parking permit includes a campus map.

Locations:

· The morning BLC meeting for voting members will be held in the Bremer Student Center North/South Conference Rooms (BSC 139/140)

· The morning applied baccalaureate Program Management meeting will be held in Haselwood Library (HL 17)

· The afternoon combined meeting will be held in the Bremer Student Center North/South Conference Rooms (BSC 139/140)

For those staying the full day, lunch will be served in the BSC Bistro, right across from the North/South Conference Rooms.

If you have not sent an RSVP but plan to attend, please email center at olympic.edu<mailto:center at olympic.edu>.

As a reminder:

· Each college’s voting member attends the BLC morning session, which typically focuses on applied baccalaureate-related policy.

· All other BAS personnel (or anyone interested in BAS) are encouraged to attend the concurrent morning Program Management meeting, which typically focuses on applied baccalaureate operations and best practices.

· After lunch, Program Management meeting participants who wish to join the BLC meeting do so. The afternoon part of the BLC meeting typically focuses on matters relevant to all BAS personnel.

· Colleges support an annual payment for their voting member and any other full-day attendees. This annual payment (usually late summer/early fall) offsets expenses for quarterly BLC meetings (such as lunch). However, anyone who wishes may join the morning Program Management meeting without submitting an annual payment for their attendance. Questions about what each college has paid for 2016-2017 should be referred to BLC Treasurer Mike Potter at Mike.Potter at lwtech.edu<mailto:Mike.Potter at lwtech.edu>.
