A reminder about participant reimbursements.

The participant reimbursement (PR) limits in eJAS do not align with the policy found in the BFET Program Participant Reimbursement Directory FFY20<https://www.dshs.wa.gov/sites/default/files/ESA/csd/documents/BFET/BFETSupportServiceDirectory.pdf>. Attached are the policy memo dated 2/27/20, and the desk aid identifying the PR maximum workaround.
