[BFET] [UCE] Student Signature Concerns Through Alternate Operations

Good Afternoon BFET Team,

Many of you have asked questions around the use of electronic signatures during a time when most of you are operating on teleworking agreements and your campuses have closed to the public. We understand and appreciate the concerns for public safety and the need for everyone to remain healthy. We also applaud your amazing commitment to continue to support students while being virtual!! Many of you have developed some creative solutions to continue serving students.

Thank you to those of you that have reached out to let us know of your current situations and needs. We have submitted your requests to DSHS BFET Policy and are working internally to develop system-wide guidance. We will update the system as soon as we can.
