Good Morning BFET, WF and ABAWD Teams!



P-EBT - Application comes out June 28th - Please read below, see attached flyer and share broadly with students!



Important Message(s)

Great News! Pandemic EBT (P-EBT) will be available soon in WA!  P-EBT is a new emergency program for ALL children in grades K-12, who receive free or reduced-price school meals. P-EBT is not subject to public charge and will not affect your immigration status. P-EBT provides families with funds to pay the cost of meals while schools are closed due to COVID-19.

If your family receives Basic Food through DSHS and your children receive free or reduced-price school meals, you do not need to apply for P-EBT. You will automatically receive these one-time benefits on your EBT card. Check with your school district to find out if you need to apply for free or reduced-price school meals so your family can receive P-EBT funds.

You will need to apply for P-EBT if your children are eligible for free or reduced-price school meals but do not receive Basic Food benefits.
