[BFET] [UCE] Update: BFET FFY20 Contract

Good Morning BFET Team,

We are excited to inform you that we have reached agreement with DSHS BFET Policy on the terms of the FFY20 Basic Food Employment and Training Contract! DSHS is working to get the contract updated and sent over to the SBCTC for final review and execution.

We will have more details for you on Monday, February 10th at our Quarterly Meeting. Please know that we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during these long months waiting on a contract. We know this has had impact on your programing and service to students. Normally, we would not hold out this long in negotiations, however, we firmly believe in limiting work that causes excessive administrative lifts on colleges.

As soon as we receive the updated contract, our fiscal staff will approve October invoices and send email notification to the system with November and December invoicing instructions.
