[BFET] [UCE] BFET Program Support Guidance

Good Evening BFET Team,

I hope this email finds you all safe and healthy. Thank you to everyone who has emailed and called to talk about the current situation we are all facing. The concerns you have presented have been important in the development of system-wide and program specific COVID-19 response efforts to assist you in supporting your students and providing equitable access while working remotely through the stay-at-home order.

The SBCTC has developed a BFET Program Support Guidance document (attached) intended to provide you with information on policy modifications and/or clarifications and ongoing advocacy efforts to support you in supporting students. Please note this is the first version, we intend to provide you with updated versions as more inquires come in and we receive further clarifications.

If you have questions on the information provided in the guidance or you would like to discuss a specific situation within your program, please let me know. I am happy to help.
