[BFET] IMPORTANT REMINDER!! BFET Tuition Billing Roster

Good Afternoon BFET Team,

As friendly reminder, a Tuition Billing Roster is required for any student, current or new, whom tuition was paid for, the month prior to the start of a quarter. If you paid Fall quarter tuition in August or you are going to leverage tuition that was paid in August you MUST submit a Tuition Billing Roster for those students. Please keep in mind that your Tuition Billing Roster needs to be approved by DSHS prior to invoicing the SBCTC.

Invoicing deadline for the month of August is October 10th, 2019. Please note that DSHS processes Rosters in the order received and they have 15 business days to process. Please DO NOT wait to submit your roster. Additionally, with the SBCTC converting to CTCLink during this time we will not be able to accept invoices after the deadline.
