[BFET] [UCE] RE: BFET Billing/Invoicing Updates

Good Evening All,

There are a few Billing/Invoicing Workbooks floating around now due to a some revisions needed. I want to make sure that everyone has the most recent version (attached and titled final), which we believe to be auto-populating correctly and has the comments expanded. It was brought to our attention that one of the comment boxes in the Reutilized Tracking Tab was not fully expanded. We have adjusted the sizing of the comment box to show all text.

Attached is the most recent updated version with the comment boxes expanded.

There is something to be said about "third times a charm" :)

Good Morning BFET Team,

I know many of you have already begun your October invoice, which is due December 10th. We greatly appreciate your planning ahead. Attached is the updated version of the FFY20 BFET Billing and Invoicing Workbook. The previous version had a few formula errors so please delete that version from your records and replace it with this one. Also, please make note that you are unable to submit an invoice showing a negative balance in your Reutilized Funds tracking. Please keep track of your current account balance and spending to ensure you are not overspending and running a negative balance.

DSHS BFET Contract Update
Unfortunately, we currently have not received our contract from DSHS for FFY20. In the event that we do not have our contract by the deadline we will be unable to process payments. Please know we are diligently working with DSHS Fiscal to inquire about the continued status of our contract.

Please continue to complete and submit your October invoicing to ensure you meet the deadline and we can begin processing right away once the contract is received.
