The SBCTC is recruiting for two Program Administrator positions! One position would administer oversight and support of the Worker Retraining Program while the other would focus on WorkFirst/BFET (see info below). Both positions are part of the Workforce Education team.

The State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) seeks a Program Administrator (Workforce Education - WorkFirst and BFET)<https://www.sbctc.edu/_draft/jobs/program-administrator-workforce-workfirst-bfet.aspx> to join the Education division.

This position is based in the State Board's office in Olympia and will support the agency mission by serving as a member of the workforce education team providing program support to colleges and community-based organizations in student support programs, including WorkFirst and BFET.

The annual salary for this position is $78,480.  Washington State has a generous benefit package including health, dental, life insurance, long-term disability, retirement, and two optional deferred compensation programs. The position is eligible to participate in the State Board Retirement Plan<http://www1.tiaa-cref.org/tcm/sbctc/> (SBRP) and Department of Retirement Systems<http://www.drs.wa.gov/> (DRS).
