[BFET] [UCE] Changes to WA Secured Email Portal

Good Morning BFET and WorkFirst Teams,

We have been alerted to an upcoming change to the WA Secure Email Portal that we use to communicate confidential information.

Beginning January 1st, 2020, when you log into the WA Secure Email Portal, you will be prompted to complete a new registration.

The state's secure email vendor is transitioning to a new encryption service. The new service will be provided by ECHOWORX. This change will occur on Tuesday, December 31st, 2019. The change will require all users to re-register with ECHOWORX in order to receive encrypted email communications.

Please note: the SBCTC is unable to assist with technical issues of the WA Secure Email Portal platform. If you experience any issues while completing registration, there should be information on the registration screen for contacting customer support.
