[BFET] [UCE] FWD: eJAS E-messaging

Please see the below email in regards to e-messaging in eJAS. DSHS is currently working on a fix, however, offers a work around to the problem as it may be some time before the problem is fixed.

Subject: eJAS E-messaging

Good Morning,

I hope this email finds you all happy and healthy. We received information from IT regarding the eJAS e-messaging system and what was noted as a problem report. If someone is sending an e-message to multiple recipients, the current functionality of the system does not allow those in the "TO" line to send a "REPLY ALL" with an auto fill of those in the original message. It requires the sender to re-add the additional recipients.  However, anyone in the "CC" list is able to send a "REPLY ALL" with the auto-fill of those in the original message.

While definitely inconvenient, there does not appear to be a simple fix at this time, as it would require a complete overhaul of the eJAS e-messaging system. Based on the backlog of Automated Work Requests (AWRs) for eJAS and the priority level for this, it would be likely quite a long time to get this resolved.

As a workaround, one way may be to put the sender's name in the "TO" and put all of the recipients in the "CC" line, which may ensure the reply-all option is available to the receivers.  Another way would be to manually add the additional recipients to the reply.
