[BFET] Updated Grant Awards - Spring Funding Survey

Hello BFET Team!

Thank you for your patience! Attached is the updated grant amounts from the Spring Funding Survey. Thank you to all who responded promptly. Thank you to all of the colleges who returned funds. More funds were returned this funding survey then have historically been returned at this time of year. Approvals were based on billing/invoicing, current budget, and immediate need.

SBCTC will adjust grant amounts in OBIS<https://apps.sbctc.edu/OBIS> within the next two days. Once your grant amount is adjusted in OBIS, your college will receive an automated award increase/decrease notification from OBIS. After you receive the automated email, you will need to go into OBIS to create and submit a budget revision request so that your budget reflects the new grant amount.

Reminder: OBIS will not allow you have an invoice and a budget revision in process at the same time. February billing is due April 10th.  If you need to do a budget revision so you have the ability to bill, you will need to complete your budget revision prior to submitting your billing.

Please submit your budget revision request no later than April 25, 2019.
