The Washington State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) invites applications for the position of program assistant<https://www.sbctc.edu/about/jobs/job-positions/program-assistant.aspx> for the Fiscal Management department of the Education Services Division. The department issues and processes approximately 700 individual grants and contracts each fiscal year.
The program assistant will assist with managing processes and procedures for all types of contracts (grants, instructional contracts, interagency agreements, purchased services) and assist with grant application reviews, grant budget management and ensuring grantees adhere to fiscal term of grants.

The salary for this position is based on the Non-Represented General Service Salary Schedule.  Salary Range is 32 ($28,404  to $36,648).  Washington State has a generous benefit package including health, dental, life insurance, long-term disability, retirement, and two optional deferred compensation programs. The position is eligible to participate in the Department of Retirement Systems<http://www.drs.wa.gov/> (DRS).
