position of <a href="https://www.sbctc.edu/about/jobs/job-positions/program-assistant.aspx"><span style="color:windowtext">program assistant</span></a> for the Fiscal Management department of the Education Services Division. The department issues and processes
approximately 700 individual grants and contracts each fiscal year. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
<p class="MsoNormal" style="line-height:15.6pt"><span lang="EN" style="font-size:12.0pt;font-family:"Franklin Gothic Book",sans-serif">The program assistant will assist with managing processes and procedures for all types of contracts (grants, instructional
contracts, interagency agreements, purchased services) and assist with grant application reviews, grant budget management and ensuring grantees adhere to fiscal term of grants.
