Subject: BFET Website Workgroup

Greetings BFET Partners,:)

As discussed at our quarterly meeting, we are looking to revamp our BFET Website. Our partners play a vital role in the quality, usage, and details provided on this website.  We are requesting your assistance in improving and enhancing the current BFET Website.  This workgroup will include DSHS staff, DSHS communications, partners and stakeholders.

We are requesting partners from each county and DSHS BFET Staff to join this workgroup.

We anticipate the first meeting to be the 4thweek of January 2019 in Olympia WA.  The tentative date for this meeting is January 30, 2019, the first meeting will be a full day in person meeting.  Being physically present is important for the first meeting so a clear visual of the website is experience by all.  Suggested changes and enhancements will also be a focus of this meeting.

We will hold two additional meetings with the group via WebEx, finalizing the new look with our DSHS Communications Office.
