[BFET] REMINDER: Quarterly Grant Invoices DUE 4/30/2018 & Time and Effort

Just a friendly reminder that all SBCTC grant invoices for expenses incurred through 3/31/2018 must be submitted to SBCTC no later than 4/30/2018.  As usual, please work with applicable staff at your organization to submit those invoices through OBIS<https://obis.sbctc.edu/>.  If you don't have expenses for a particular grant this quarter, please submit a $0 invoice in OBIS.  This lets us know that you didn't have expenses that you simply forgot to bill and will maintain your compliance with grant deadlines.

Also, don't forget to make sure you have all quarterly time and effort<https://ogms.sbctc.edu/docs/TimeEffortGuidelines.pdf> reports that may be required from staff and faculty at your organization.  If you have classified/hourly staff who have to do them not less often than monthly, it's still a good opportunity to make sure you've got those as well. Anyone funded partially or wholly from federal grant funds or sources used as match or leveraged funds for federal grants must complete time and effort reports.
