[BFET] Update -- BFET Reutilized Funds Tracking Form and Instructions

Hi Doug.
The most updated form can be found in the Grant Resources section of OBIS. The instructions there state:
2A. Amount Invoiced (row 4).

At the beginning of the FFY, your college will need to start tracking the local match payment that your college received back from the State Board for Community and Technical Colleges (SBCTC) for the Basic Food Employment & Training (BFET) program.

(i) If this is your first year to reutilize funds, add the amount your college invoiced in July-Sept 2016 to row 4.
            or

(ii) If your college reutilized funds last grant year and are continuing this year, add the balance your college is carrying over from last year (cell E20 from your prior year's form).

Mat,
In looking at this form for FY17 the beginning balance is our Jul-Sep 2016 request. So does that mean we can no longer Reutilize any of the un-Reutilized funds from June back to October of FY 16?

Good morning.

The use of generic dates in the Reutilized Tracking Form created a little confusion. The instructions have been updated to replace the generic dates with actual dates, along with some further clarification on what number to use in Row 4, Amount Invoiced, and submittal instructions.



The updated Form with its instructions can be found in the Grants Resource section in OBIS.
