[BFET] [External] FW: BFET Reutilized Funds Reminder

Hi Mat, I need some help.

First, the instructions say to add the amount we invoiced in April-June 2016 to Row 4. But the form says to enter the amount invoiced July-Sept. 2016. Which is it?

Second, that invoice included reutilized funds. I thought we weren't supposed to use those more than once.

Instead, I would have expected to carry forward my balance from the last reutilized fund tracking sheet, which already subtracts the reutilized funds.

Please clarify-Thank you!

Good afternoon.
I am sending you this reminder that in order to participate in reutilized funding during the new federal fiscal year, you must participate from the beginning of the year. This means you must declare your intent to reutilize during FFY17 on this invoice, even if you will not be reutilizing any funds for October-November 2016. If you are reutilizing this quarter, you will need to include that on your Local Match Certification form. You can find additional information about reutilized funds in the BFET Grant Guidance document (p. 6) on the SBCTC BFET webpage.

I have attached the Reutilized Match Tracking Form, which includes instructions and examples.
