[ATcoord] New: Accessibility Center webpage and CART vendor resources

Good morning and happy Friday!

I'd like to share that the SBCTC website now has an "Accessibility Center" webpage<https://www.sbctc.edu/about/accessibility/default.aspx> dedicated to providing important information, updates, resources and training materials, and event announcements. This space is brand new and is a work in progress. Please bookmark and check back for continued developments.

One resource I want to draw your attention to, is the section outlining State Board negotiated contracts with several different vendor providing CART services<https://www.sbctc.edu/about/accessibility/cart-closed-captioning.aspx>. As remote and online learning continues to increase the need for these services, it has also become more challenging to schedule services due to demand and providers being booked out. Each of these contracts contains WIPHE language, which means that the colleges can buy services off these contracts at the price points negotiated by SB.
