different vendor providing CART services</b></a>. As remote and online learning continues to increase the need for these services, it has also become more challenging to schedule services due to demand and providers being booked out. Each of these contracts
contains WIPHE language, which means that the colleges can buy services off these contracts at the price points negotiated by SB.</div>
