[ATcoord] TBR position descriptions

Jess, these are great job descriptions for us at our colleges to use to develop resources locally. I was unable to get a position this year, but I will be asking again during the year and these will really help.

But I really think that the SBCTC should be "leading from the front" and providing clear leadership in this area. Maybe the SBCTC is working on creating these positions already; I sure hope so, but I haven't heard anything of those sorts.
At our next CATO meeting I would like to see us all discuss this. I am hoping that we all could agree that this should be something that the SBCTC should be leading the CTC's. CATO could send them a letter requesting their leadership for the CTC's by having positions like these that are actively working with the colleges. Right now we are all scrambling doing our own thing with no clear leadership.
You have done a great job in organizing, helping us, and pushing us along when we need to be pushed. But this is a way bigger thing than SBCTC eLearning, in my opinion they need a Accessibility department that leads the colleges and coordinates and oversees the accessibility requirements of SBCTC IT and eLearning. Accessibility should have been a major part of ctcLink from the beginning.

They are system jobs (TN Board of Regents is also taking a proactive system approach - go Vols!), but they could probably be re-worked or merged together to fit the needs at your college.
