[Abawdnavigators] Updated ABAWD Tracking Sheet - Revised 5.8.2020

Hello all,

We've updated the Tracking Sheet so that justifications should be standardized. It's okay to continue to use the Tracking Sheet version from 3/26/20 - no other changes were made to the sheet. You can also find the updated sheet for download in our Canvas Community<https://sbctc.instructure.com/courses/1940148/pages/abawd-tracking-sheet>.
