[Abawdnavigators] Manual Updates

Hi All,

I am working on updating the Navigator Manual.  It won't be complete until DSHS has all their updates completed.  This is being worked on as we speak.

I have uploaded a file onto the Google Drive called "Manual Updates".  Please add anything here you think needs correcting in the manual, any additions you think should be there, and or any other ideas.  This will help me as I work to do the updates.
