Good evening,

I have attached a revision to the Tracking Spreadsheet for your review. This new version includes a Key on the second tab to provide directions for each element. We intend to have a final version ready for you before October. To assist us with this, please provide any feedback as soon as possible, but by the end of the day on Thursday, Sept. 26th at the latest.

Please keep in mind we are attempting to create a tracking system that meets our contract requirements, is as efficient as possible for navigators to complete, and ensures we are collecting enough information to understand the population we are serving and give guidance to future programming decisions.

In addition to reviewing the revised content, do you believe it would be helpful to include space to identify educational attainment for individuals as part of understanding the population we are serving?

I truly appreciate your participation in the design of this program and your patience and flexibility during this phase.
