[Wsssc] Financial Aid office hours

Hi All,

I'm wondering how many of you have limited Financial Aid service hours during the typical work week?  We are trying to accommodate the impacts of ctcLink implementation on processing, limited staffing, and compliance reporting with the needs of our students and have moved toward more limited service hours.

Could you let me know if you have alternative hours for FA that deviate from the typical Monday-Friday 8-5?  And if so, what are your hours?
