[Wsssc] Government Affordable Connectivity Program solicitation

Hello WSSSC,

I'm trying to get my thumb on the pulse of whether this is just a thing at RTC or if others are being contacted as well. We've had a few different independent contractors associated with a business called Excess Telecom<https://www.excesstelecom.com/> request coming to campus to help students qualify for the government's Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) <https://www.affordableconnectivity.gov/>

They are also offering free devices (tablets and phones) associated with a one time, low co-pay. Attached is a flyer from one of the independent contractors who connected with us as an example. I've received guidance from our AAG, but am curious if others are also receiving similar requests.
