[Wsssc] Commission Feedback for Course Modality Proposal

Hello WSSSC Commission Members,

As your Data Governance Committee (DGC) Representative (Steve Ashpole is your other rep), I am bringing you a proposal, Course Modality (attached).

The problem this proposed solution solves is realigning instruction mode values to reflect the new era of how students and faculty distinguish where, when, and how class instruction is delivered.

The attached proposal recommends configuration changes of the INSTRUCTION-MODE data element in PeopleSoft Campus Solutions. Historical data will remain unchanged.  The proposed instruction mode coding schema was developed by representation across the system.
