Guided Pathways Retreat for Executive Leaders
Monday, January 29th to Wednesday, January 31st

The retreat is intended for college teams made up of Presidents, Vice Presidents of Instruction, Student Services, Diversity and Equity, and Research and Planning. This free retreat will include lodging and meals for up to five executive officers per institution with additional funds for travel costs (mileage, airfare) and per diem meals not included in the retreat available by request.

The purpose of this retreat is to provide an opportunity for executive officers to align their goals, strategize for the future, and strengthen collaboration to advance equity and student success. Given the audience, this retreat may be an opportunity for meaningful engagement in lieu of a joint commission meeting. Draft outcomes and the draft agenda are below, national speakers and practitioners are being confirmed.

  *   Communicate within and across institutions and roles/commissions to identify opportunities for deeper collaboration for institutional and systemic transformative change that advances student success and equity
  *   Identify and apply local and national data to set priorities for local and system leadership strategies for scaling Guided Pathways and student success practices
