[Wctcca] [SPAM] Counseling Appointment No Show/No Call/Cancellations?

Dear Esteemed Colleagues,

I would like to know what policies and/or practices you have in place with regard to addressing appointment no calls/no shows/last minute cancellations?  For example, does a student lose the ability to self-schedule and can only utilize drop-in times or is student assessed a small fee? etc.) Any information you could provide would be greatly appreciated.
