[Wactclc-primo] Troubleshooting Online Access

Greetings!
Has anyone had the pop-up below present while trying to access an online article via View Full Text? I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting. It's happening with several Open Access and some of our subscriptions. I'm a bit new to working with Primo, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much, in advance.
